JESSE ZERINGUE, CEO & President
Jesse has been with the Lion organization since its inception and has over 30 years of experience with the collective copolymer companies in the EPDM/SBR industries. Prior to Lion's previous acquisition of the SBR business from DSM, Jesse held various positions in key global EPDM and SBR businesses within DSM in the areas of manufacturing, marketing and sales, supply chain and business management. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Nicholls State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University. 
 
NEIL JURKOVIC, Chief Financial Officer
Neil was Division Financial Reporting Manager at Olin Corporation before assuming the role of CFO in 2013. Neil has over 20 years of financial leadership experience, earning both a CPA and CMA. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the United States Naval Academy, a Master of Business Administration degree from Chapman University and is a veteran of the United States Navy.
 
JEFF JORDAN, Vice President, Purchasing
Jeff has been with the Lion organization since its inception in 2005 and has been in the petrochemical manufacturing industry for 27 years. Jeff has had purchasing responsibilities over three manufacturing sites for the past 11 years and has held positions with increasing responsibility in marketing and sales, supply chain and business management, prior to his purchasing roles. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Louisiana State University.

DAVID WARD, Vice President, Research and Development 
Dave has over 25 years of experience developing new industrial catalysts and processes. He has led new product development teams in various technologies including olefin polymerization, specialty chemical production, biochemical transformation and biorefining. Dave earned his Honors Bachelor of Science in Chemistry degree and Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry degree from the University of Waterloo in Canada.

WILLIAM HOWARD, Vice President, Sales and Marketing 
Will has 22 years of purchase and sales experience in global trade of raw materials. His previous positions include working as the President, North America, for Cascadia Resources and as the Vice President of Global Purchase and Sales for ProTrade Asia. Will obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado College.

STEVE ISAACS, Interim Plant Manager, Geismar, Louisiana
Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Cleveland State University, a Master of Business Administration degree in International Management from Baldwin Wallace College and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Leader. Steve’s career spans over 35 years and brings a wealth of knowledge in manufacturing, business and sales leadership, operations excellence and cost reduction, strategic planning, innovation and change, team development and talent management.

TONY WISENBAKER , Plant Manager, Port Neches, Texas
Tony has nearly 25 years of manufacturing experience in the petrochemical industry with the companies of DuPont, Imperial Chemical Industries, Ineos Acrylics, Lucite International, Huntsman Chemical and TPC Group. Tony's previous jobs include Plant Manager at two of TPC Group facilities, as well as Plant Manager for a Lucite International facility. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering form Lamar University. 

KEITH GORDON, Director, Environmental, Health & Safety
Managing the Environmental, Health & Safety, and Security programs at multiple chemical manufacturing facilities before taking on his current role in 2011, Keith has over 20 years of technical and leadership experience in the EH&S field. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Management Systems from Louisiana State University, a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of New Orleans and is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
 
MARK WILSON, Director, Supply Chain
Mark has been with the Lion organization since its inception in 2005 and has been with the copolymer organization for nearly 30 years. Mark has held positions as Maintenance Manager of Analysis and Scheduling, SBR Product Manager, and Supply Chain/Optimization Manager. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Southeastern Louisiana University.

TRUDY LORD, Director, Human Resources
Trudy has nearly 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, working in the industrial and healthcare industries. Prior to on boarding with Lion, she worked as the Senior Human Resource Business Partner for Ashland, Inc. Trudy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Lamar University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Houston.
